Welcome to IGTT Support

Thank you for using I Gotta Take This (“IGTT”), developed by Golden Fusion Enterprise, LLC.

IGTT is designed to help users create realistic simulated incoming calls for situations when they need a graceful way to exit an uncomfortable, awkward, or inconvenient situation.

Getting Started

1. Open IGTT and tap Schedule Exit.
2. Select a caller persona.
3. Choose a voice.
4. Select when you want the exit to begin.
5. Tap Start Exit or Schedule Exit.

For scheduled exits to work properly when IGTT is not open, notifications must be enabled for the app.

Notifications

IGTT uses notifications to deliver scheduled exits when the app is in the background, closed, or the device is locked.

If scheduled exits are not arriving, check that notifications are enabled for IGTT in your iPhone settings.

Scheduled Exit Not Arriving

• Confirm notifications are enabled for IGTT.
• Confirm the scheduled exit appears on the IGTT home screen.
• Confirm the scheduled time has not already passed.
• Try canceling the exit and scheduling a new one.
• Restart the app and try again.

Audio Problems

• Check the device volume.
• Confirm audio is not being routed to Bluetooth headphones, speakers, or another connected device.
• Disconnect external audio devices and try again if necessary.

Important Information

IGTT provides simulated call experiences for convenience and entertainment purposes.

IGTT does not place actual telephone calls and should not be relied upon as a substitute for contacting emergency services, law enforcement, medical professionals, or other emergency assistance.
