Privacy Policy

Overview

I Gotta Take This (“IGTT”) is a mobile application developed and operated by Golden Fusion Enterprise, LLC (“GFE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use IGTT.

Information We Handle

IGTT is designed to operate primarily on the user’s device. The app does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to use its core features.

IGTT stores certain app information locally as needed to provide functionality. This can include scheduled exit scenarios, caller or persona selections, voice selections, timing information, exit-strategy choices, and app preferences.

Notifications

IGTT may request permission to send notifications. Notifications are used to provide scheduled app functionality, including presenting a scheduled simulated incoming call when the app is not open. Users can manage notification permissions in their device settings.

Audio and Speech

IGTT uses audio and speech functionality to create the simulated call experience. The current version does not record or upload the user’s microphone audio.

Certain caller voice audio is generated using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. To synthesize that audio, IGTT sends the text that needs to be spoken and voice configuration information to Google’s text-to-speech service. IGTT does not need to send your contacts, location, photos, or microphone recordings to create this speech.

Information Sharing

IGTT does not sell users’ personal information. The current version does not provide user information to third parties for advertising purposes and does not use third-party advertising services.

As described above, text and voice configuration information required for speech synthesis may be transmitted to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. If future versions add analytics, accounts, cloud storage, advertising, or other third-party services, this Privacy Policy may be updated to explain those practices.

Data Storage and Retention

Core IGTT settings and scenario information are stored locally on the user’s device as needed to provide app functionality. The current version does not operate a GFE user-account database for IGTT.

Removing the app may remove locally stored app information, subject to the behavior of the operating system and any device backup services configured by the user.

Device Information and Permissions

The current version of IGTT does not require access to the user’s contacts, location, camera, or photo library for its core functionality. Notification permission is used for scheduled exits. Network access may be used to obtain text-to-speech audio.

Children’s Privacy

IGTT is not specifically directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We take reasonable measures to design and operate IGTT in a manner appropriate to the information handled by the app. However, no electronic system, network transmission, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as IGTT evolves to reflect new functionality, technologies, legal requirements, or business practices. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
